Sometimes peer support isn’t enough and you need to speak to a trained professional, which is why I’ve put together this resource page full of places you can get help and support, no matter what you’re struggling with.
I’ve also tried to break them down into categories where possible, to make it a little easier to find what it is you’re looking for.
For the moment, all of these are UK based, but I will try to add in some international/country-specific ones at a later date.
Okay so obviously I am not a medical professional or a licensed therapist, nor am I endorsing any of these services by listing them here. I’m simply providing a list of places where you can access help and support if you feel you need it. If you’re worried about your own or someone else’s mental health or find yourself struggling, please speak to your GP or other medical professionals.
